Built a Rive-based interactive animation system for the PRODIGI Studios mobile app and website, focused on turning static UI into a responsive motion-driven experience.

The system was designed using state machines and data binding to reflect real-time UI states such as hover interactions, loading sequences, navigation changes, and success or error feedback.

Each animation was structured as a reusable component, making it easy to scale across different sections of the product while maintaining visual consistency. AI-assisted iteration helped refine motion behavior and accelerate the design process.

The result is a lightweight, scalable animation system that enhances usability and brings a more dynamic, engaging experience across both web and mobile platforms.
