Inspired by Mortal Kombat's classic Test Your Might challenge, we transformed a Spotify playlist generator into an interactive game.
Built with Next.js and the Spotify API, players tapped the screen to crack the glass, generate a personalised playlist and compete for high scores they could challenge friends to beat.
The experience attracted over 20,000 players at launch.
