This is so true. Having a consistent practice makes way more sense than constantly putting pressure on yourself to post more.
Batching isn't just for content creation, it's for planning too. 🗓️
Here's how I plan a full month of content in 90 minutes:
1. Pick my pillars first (not topics pillars)
2. Brain-dump 15-20 post ideas in one sitting, no editing
3. Slot ideas into pillars so nothing repeats back-to-back
4. Batch captions for the whole month in one sitting
5. Schedule and walk away
No daily "what do I post today" panic. No last-minute scrambling.
