Sponsor Intake + AI Screening Pipeline (CRM Automation) A digital creator platform was drowning in sponsor applications. Every form needed a reply, a manual screen, and a decision. No audit trail, so good applicants slipped through and bad ones wasted everyone's time.

I built an end-to-end intake pipeline in GoHighLevel. A public form creates a CRM opportunity, fires an instant automated reply to the applicant, and routes the submission into an AI screening step that scores it against the client's criteria. Approved applications move to a Contacted stage with a task for the team. Rejected ones get tagged, get a polite decline email, and never re-enter the funnel. Every submission leaves a full timeline trail, so the client can see exactly what happened and when.

I tested all three workflows end to end before handoff, 3/3 verified: intake, screening, and the accept and reject branches. The client now processes every applicant consistently. No manual triage, no missed replies.
