I'm facing the same issue. I wrote them an email. They sent me a new link with the credits, but apparently it did not work. The email said that you have already redeemed, I only got 3,000 whereas the email and everywhere else it says you are supposed to get 10,000 credits.

try to reach @dylansiegel in DMs. He also posts some marketing materials, I suppose for all participants, but in any case, we need to be more frugal :)
