A new GoHighLevel feature got me thinking about funnels differently.
Events aren't really about getting people to register.
The interesting part is what happens after they register.
What if:
→ A registrant gets a personalized reminder sequence
→ A no-show enters a reactivation workflow
→ An attendee gets a different offer
→ A ticket buyer enters a customer journey
→ Event behavior determines the next automation
Now the event isn't just an event.
It's part of the funnel.
That's what I find interesting about HighLevel's Events functionality.
Registration is only the beginning.
The real opportunity is connecting the event to the rest of the customer journey.
