Rebuilt the reservation flow for an 18-seat historic Lisbon tram supper club by replacing manual DM table Tetris and dietary spreadsheets with a self-resolving carriage seating engine and automated galley route manifest.
What I Built
Morrow & Mile is a bespoke booking engine and operations dashboard designed for a fictional scheduled dining experience: an intimate, four-course roaming supper club hosted aboard a restored 18-seat vintage tram climbing through Lisbon’s historic Graça and Alfama hills.
The Business Scenario
Location: Lisbon, Portugal (departing from Graça Depot, winding down through Alfama to the riverside).
Operation: A hyper-limited 18-seat mobile dining salon operating strict, scheduled evening departures.
Operational Quirks: Because the carriage is tiny and dishes are met at timed neighborhood stops, table configurations shift dynamically based on party size. Dishes rely on precise ingredient handoffs at designated route stops, meaning seat allocation, mobility requests, and dietary adjustments directly impact carriage geometry and galley storage.
The Problem
Small, high-touch culinary concepts usually drown in manual back-and-forth. The solo operator or small crew spent hours juggling DMs, phone calls, and manual spreadsheets just to answer simple questions:
Do we have contiguous seating for a party of three without stranding single seats?
Can the galley handle a shellfish or alcohol substitution at Stop 2 on this specific departure?
Which passenger boards at Graça Depot versus Alfama Lanes?
Staff should not be trapped manually coordinating seat Tetris, chasing dietary notes, and copying details across kitchen clipboards.
The Solution & Operational Impact
I built an end-to-end, dual-sided workflow that turns an inbound "Can I book with you?" into a confirmed booking with zero staff intervention:
Guided Front-Door Guest Flow:
Real-Time Departure Filtering: Diners select party size and see only departures that physically fit their group.
Interactive 3D Carriage Plan: Guests visually shape and pick their table in real time, locking valid seat configurations geometrically.
Stop-by-Stop Course Intake: Captures individual dietary restrictions per seat, timed to the route stops.
Instant Boarding Pass: Generates a confirmed booking code, arrival countdown, and boarding platform instructions in under 60 seconds.
For the #lovablechallenge
Introducing EVERMORE a bridal boutique on King Street, Charleston 💍
A little bit backstory
I don't normally do this and if this challenge I hadn't seen yesterday, I don't think I would never have tried the new #Lovable to be honest. I normally use other cli tools in my day to day work, but this is the first time I was having this much fun while building a project.
What you're looking at is everything I managed to do in one night before the tokens ran out ( got down to ~5 credits from 200 something).
Let's come down to point. The submission is based on an actual client .(The name and location etc is fictional , but her problems are not )
So Juliette runs EVERMORE, with Tess styling on weekends only.
Two fitting rooms: the Grand Salon (bride + 5) and the Boudoir (bride + 2). Visits are 45, 60 or 90 minutes, and every room needs a 15-minute reset.
Saturdays fill first. She's with a bride all day, so every "Can I book?" DM waited until 11pm.
With our help , what is happening now is
- Brides are booking based on the availability themselves , without waiting for reply in dm.
- Getting Instant confirmation with a private link to confirm. They have the options for later cancel their appointment as well if they change their mind or due to any emergency. No questions asked and without disturbing any one else as well.
- To remember they can put it in calendar as well
- While booking their preference like how they want to look, styles, budget, comfort notes etc, also can be added directly so that boutique owner can prepare for her visit and make everything in her capacity to make the bride to be comfortable
- Based on the preferences of bride , A Salon Screen was ready for her and her only to showcase the type of dress she want in detail and talk about it in person while trying them out, the screen can be managed by the studio owner and could be put on any display like tv or laptop or monitor .
- It first greets the bride with personal message and also let her capture the screen and share it in here social, giving a viral factor in social media with tags
- The same screen also lets studio owner to note down the preference of the bride more clearly after having met in person
→ Once the meeting is done, both the client and studio owner will have different place to go back and do things like note down the next steps, result of the meeting , the feedback from the client , basically the whole formality whatever happens
Juliette's new evening plan, literally anything except answering DMs.

I built MobiFix Nairobi : A Mobile auto care company.
I rebuilt the moment an inbound “Can I book with you?” becomes “You’re booked.”
MobiFix Nairobi is a fictional mobile automotive service business built around one simple problem: booking vehicle services often means back-and-forth messages, checking availability, coordinating technicians, confirming locations, and handling payments manually.
I designed the experience so the customer can:
→ Choose a service
→ Select their vehicle
→ Enter their location
→ Pick an available date and time
→ Add their details
→ Review the booking
→ Complete payment
→ Receive a booking confirmation and code
Behind the scenes, the business gets a real dashboard with bookings, calendar, customers, services, technicians, availability, analytics, and website management — all backed by real data.
The goal was to make the entire journey feel less like “requesting an appointment” and more like simply getting booked.
