Instead of trying to reuse my past work or old ideas for my portfolio, I’ve decided to start again.

Thirty days to create.

Maybe I’ll finish five projects. Maybe fifteen. The number is not really the point.

I just want to see what I’m capable of creating today, with everything I know now and all the ideas I’ve been carrying with me.

No rigid quota. No pressure to make something every single day.

Just 30 days to explore, experiment, refine things, change my mind, and see where the process takes me.

Not everything went according to plan, but every obstacle pushed me to become a little better at what I do. August is open. I have room for two builds. 📆 Last project I finished was Guidance DMC, a travel company in Helsinki. Their site looked fine. It just wasn't found by anyone. We rebuilt the CMS structure, fixed the technical SEO, added proper schema. Numbers after: impressions went from 6,000 to 12,000 a month, clicks from under 40 to 250. But the part I'm actually proud of is different. In their review they wrote that I showed them how to manage everything themselves going forward. That's the goal every time. You should not need to pay a developer to change a headline. This is why I keep parallel projects at two or three. A CMS that survives the client's own edits takes time to think through, and that thinking is the first thing to disappear when you're juggling ten builds at once. What people usually come to me with: 🟦 Figma to Webflow, built on Client-First 🟦 CMS structure the client can run without me 🟦 GSAP and Lenis motion that keeps mobile PageSpeed above 90 🟦 Technical SEO done before launch, not six months later Travel, hospitality, SaaS, small service businesses.
