Meet Nadia's studio: a solo nail master in East Austin whose real problem is phone-tag booking and Friday-evening chaos. I built the fix entirely in Lovable — no code: AI concierge built into the site — customers just chat: "gel Friday around 5" — Luna checks the live calendar, finds matching slots and books in one tap. She answers in whatever language the customer speaks — and takes voice messages too: talk instead of typing, Luna understands and replies Booking in two taps — six services, clear prices, instant confirmation and reminders. Prime slots (Fri 5–8 PM — the ones everyone wants) are marked with a Prime badge, and a small deposit makes sure people show up. No-shows dropped, Fridays stay full. Self-service everything — reschedule, cancel, waitlist offers, confirmations and reminders run without the owner lifting a finger. Her Studio Dashboard shows exactly what still needs her attention — and what was handled automatically. Agent-ready — the app exposes MCP tools: any AI agent can already check services and live availability. In this demo it's read-only; in production the same tools extend to booking — secured with owner-scoped keys, per-agent rate limits and the built-in deposit + confirmation queue, so no agent can ever eat the calendar.
