Templates aren't for everyone. If you have an in-house designer, a content team & a solid strategy, your posts will almost always perform better. But that's not who I'm creating this for. I'm building the system for small businesses, freelancers, and creators who want to post consistently but don't have the time, budget or design skills. A template won't beat a great strategy. But it beats posting nothing at all. The goal shouldn't be to create the perfect post. It's to hit publish finally! I've been having the same issue and I'm really struggling to keep my profile moving forward. I comment on posts, write case studies, and apply for roles. I spend at least 20 minutes per application checking that I've given a meaningful pitch, such as their challenge, how to approach it, and inviting them to a chat to debrief it together, and still nothing!
