GERM doesn't have a face, a voice, or any interest in your approval.
He's a bulky, chrome-masked figure who is the mascot behind biggest underground raves known. If you couldn't already tell- neon and black are his favorite. Like the name says: you catch him, and you don't shake him.

All of the designs, videos, sticker and figurine were done inside Recraft using Exploration mode, GPT 2 and Seedance 2.
I did enjoy exploration mode because it helped me set the initial silhouette of him that I sketched out further after.

NULL is a complete mascot system built for a fictional cybersecurity company, proving that a single character can remain instantly recognizable across branding, posters, merchandise, social campaigns, motion, and environmental storytelling. The project explores how strong character design becomes a cohesive brand by combining identity, world-building, and consistent visual language into one unified ecosystem.
NULL is the quiet guardian of /dev/null, the hidden place where corrupted code and dangerous software disappear forever. Calm, observant, and endlessly patient, NULL finds vulnerabilities before attackers can exploit them, protecting developers without ever seeking attention. Rather than fighting threats with force, NULL simply ensures they quietly cease to exist. Every application in this project expands that idea while preserving the same recognizable identity.
This deserves more than just liking, this deserves to be featured! 🎨 The consistency of the NULL mascot across branding and motion is incredible. As a web designer, seeing a system this complete makes me instantly want to build a whole Framer experience around it!
For the software Envoix I built Eddi, short for Envoix Digital Document Inspector. An interactive mascot made with Rive.
Eddi is already live on the platform and reacts to whatever users get up to. He confirms entries, cheers on uploads and speaks up when something goes wrong. He catches error pages like 404 and 505 and gives a friendly nudge when there is still something left to fill in. In short, he keeps an eye on things.
And that is only the beginning of what he can do. Next we are turning Eddi into a chatbot with AI, so he can talk to users even more directly. There is plenty more coming.
The thing that gets me every time is the speed. Everything you see here took six days of work. It still amazes me how fast you can get to a real, working result with Rive, one that looks good and runs cleanly at the same time. I am genuinely curious to see where Eddi goes next.
