A customer opens the chat and says they need knives sharpened. The AI handles the entire conversation. Service type, pricing, item count, location, scheduling. Just a natural back and forth.
All without a single phone call, as it was on the existing website
Booking created. Confirmation email to the customer. Lead notification to the owner. Google Calendar & Sheet event synced with all the details.
