NexTable, my own hospitality platform (nextable.tech). Multi-role SaaS for restaurant teams: weekly staff planning, approvals, attachments parsed into schedule drafts, and Eve, an AI assistant that runs tools for staff under permission rules. Designed and built end to end in Next.js, Supabase and Vercel, with the Anthropic API.
