The goal was to create sustainable audience growth, improve discoverability, and connect the artist’s music with new potential fans.

Shopify + Klaviyo: Building a Better Customer Journey
A Shopify store and an email marketing system shouldn't operate in isolation.
The real opportunity comes from connecting the two.
Here's how I think about the customer journey:
Visitor → Welcome Popup → Email Subscription → Welcome Email → Purchase → Post-Purchase Follow-Up → Review Request → Repeat Customer
Each stage creates another opportunity to engage the customer with relevant communication.
Shopify handles the storefront experience—from discovery to purchase.
Klaviyo extends that experience through targeted, automated communication.
Together, they can create a more connected customer lifecycle that helps brands nurture subscribers, support customers after purchase, collect feedback, and encourage repeat engagement.
