Tank Top & Track Pant Set – Project Description

This project involved the complete development of a production-ready tank top and track pant set for activewear. The objective was to create a coordinated sportswear outfit that combines comfort, functionality, and modern styling while meeting industry manufacturing standards.

The process began with reviewing the design concept and creating detailed technical flat sketches for both garments. Accurate digital patterns were developed, followed by multi-size grading to ensure a consistent fit across the size range. A complete tech pack was prepared, including measurement specifications, construction details, seam and stitching information, fabric and trim recommendations, labeling, and production notes.

To verify the design before physical sampling, both garments were developed in CLO 3D. Virtual fitting and fabric simulation were used to evaluate fit, balance, garment movement, and overall appearance. Realistic 3D renders were created to support client review and design approval, reducing the need for multiple physical samples.

The final package included production-ready patterns, graded files, technical flat sketches, a complete tech pack, and high-quality 3D visualizations. This streamlined the product development process, improved communication with manufacturers, reduced sampling costs, minimized revisions, and ensured a smooth transition from design concept to production
