As a strategist, you rarely see an imidiate effect of your concept work. This patience factor increases the satisfation effect when you finally see the project on-line. I recently had this feeling when I saw BANDICAST - podcast made for Polish cosmetics brand where I was a strategist responsible for a channel and content expertise. There were 2 things crucial for our creative team to elicit: 1. Create a format that would serve as a hub for the brands communication in other medias: Instagram & TikTok 2. Leaving the typical studio-like enviroment, which is typical for previous brands communication and is still popularized in Polish podcasts.
