I designed an employee intake and routing workflow that collects incoming requests through a structured form, organizes the information in Excel, and uses Power Automate to route each request to the appropriate person or team. The system helps reduce manual follow-up, keeps requests organized in one place, and creates a more consistent process for tracking status, ownership, and next steps.
