This is a fictional example of a small service business preparing for the owner to be away for a few days.
The problem isn't that the team can't work without the owner. It's knowing where their authority stops. An already-approved appointment can be confirmed. A missing input can be tracked down. But a request that changes the price, service, or promised date still needs the owner.
I turned those notes into one owner-away handoff built around that line. The master tracker stays the real list, and every open item is marked Ready, Waiting for Input, or Owner Decision, with a clear next step or a clear reason it cannot move yet.
That gives the team a way to keep routine work moving without guessing what the owner would have decided. It also keeps a new customer request from quietly becoming a new promise just because the owner isn't available.
The source still leaves a few things unanswered, including who takes over if the Team Lead is unavailable and whether an urgent exception ever allows contact during the absence. Those stay open instead of becoming made-up rules.
This is fictional portfolio work, not client work. I used ChatGPT for drafting and QA, then reviewed and revised the final sample myself.

ChatGPT just added a new sketch feature to its new Images 2.5 model, so I tried it with extremely simple sketches and short prompts to see how well it could understand my intention.
And honestly, I actually like it!
This can be helpful especially when you already have a specific pose or composition in mind and want to quickly turn that rough idea into something more refined.

I went in skeptical: rough sketch, no love, ran it through the new Images 2.5 model and this came back. Lighting and depth nailed almost instantly, some details still needed a couple markup edits before it felt really good! ✏️

Honestly, I went in doubting it, and came out convinced, for early concepting at least. 🤔 I recorded the whole process, doodle to final.
Calling all desginers to run it on your own idea and drop the result below. Here's the prompt I edited, templated so you can run it on your own campaign:
"Create an original artwork inspired by the attached sketch. [describe your product: material, finish, colors, depth]. Main focus on [your hero element]. Do not preserve exact strokes or shapes. Boldly reimagine its forms, proportions, colors, materials, and details. Never trace or retain the original lines, integrate their ideas naturally through texture, lighting, and color. For simple sketches, invent a richer interpretation. Ask me about preferred artistic style with a few options."
