Building Reverie — a luxury Framer template + AI automation system for high-end event planners 🥂
I’m experimenting with something I don’t see enough in website projects: combining the website with the workflow behind it.
Event planners can receive inquiries while they’re busy running an event, traveling, or working with clients. A beautiful website doesn’t solve much if those leads sit unanswered.
So I’m building Reverie around both sides:
🌿 The website
A high-fashion, editorial Framer 3.0 experience with warm cream tones, cinematic imagery, editorial typography, and interactive portfolio storytelling.
⚙️ The workflow
An n8n automation that can qualify incoming leads, generate AI responses, score leads in Airtable, and instantly notify the planner through Telegram.
The goal is simple: the website attracts the right inquiry, and the workflow makes sure it doesn’t get forgotten.
Here’s a walkthrough of the homepage design so far.
I’m curious about this approach: when you build a client website, do you think the workflow behind it should be part of the deliverable too?
The n8n workflow scoring and routing leads through Telegram is doing the actual retention work here - the editorial homepage gets someone to inquire, but it's the notification the moment they're free that gets the booking.
i woke up yesterday morning to a review from the first person i consulted with after restructuring my offers and basically all the systems and operations within my business content Rxx 🥹
Freddy booked "the consult" with me a few weeks ago because he'd gone viral and had no idea what to do with it. since then he's gone from 16.5k to over 24k on Instagram.
he said my expertise helped him turn one moment into an actual multi-platform presence. i've read it probably ten times bc wow... that's the whole point for me!
being incredibly transparent: this has been a slow season in business for me. i've spent it rebuilding systems, offers, and operations behind the scenes, which meant i went quiet publicly right when i'd planned to be loudest.
so getting this on a morning after high-key having a emotion breakdown from feeling like business is slow and i don't know how to share about my business felt like a very specific "you're on the right path" from God himself.
it also confirmed something i've been circling for a week. i just finished a 3-day course with Kendra Taul, creating a new specific offer, and kept landing in the same place: the people i'm actually built to help are creators. not just "business owners" broadly. creators and artists with real traction and no system underneath it. Freddy was the first person through the new structure and he's exactly that person.
so here's the plain version: i'm Maia, i run content Rxx, and i help creators build content management systems so social media stops feeling like a full-time job they didn't apply for. i really love this work. i really love watching someone realize their content doesn't have to be overwhelming & it can be built.
