I built VMMS because I kept seeing the same problem everywhere.
Government offices and institutions processing vouchers on paper. Forms getting lost. Nobody knowing where a request is. Staff manually routing documents between departments. I spent months building a solution.
VMMS digitizes the entire voucher request lifecycle — from client submission, through multi-department processing, to final release.
What I built: — Multi-department workflow routing — Real-time pipeline tracker for clients — Staff performance analytics and leaderboard — Holiday-aware deadline tracking — Complete audit trails — Automated email notifications — PDF and Excel exports
