About the Project
Anita V. Rose Enterprises is a growing brand focused on personal development, confidence, wellness, and inspirational storytelling. Our initiatives include Confidence Beyond the Crown and other upcoming digital projects.
We are seeking a reliable, skilled, and detail-oriented Website Developer to help complete, organize, maintain, and improve our website as we prepare for upcoming projects and a book launch.
We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, communicates consistently, meets agreed-upon deadlines, and is interested in building a professional working relationship with our team.
Responsibilities
Develop, organize, and maintain our business website.
Build and update website pages, layouts, navigation, and functionality.
Ensure the website is professional, visually consistent, mobile-friendly, and easy to navigate.
Troubleshoot technical issues and implement necessary improvements.
Ensure website links, forms, and other features function correctly.
Support website readiness for upcoming announcements, launches, and business initiatives.
Provide technical support and website updates as needed after the initial development phase.
Communicate progress, identify potential delays early, and meet agreed-upon milestones.
Required Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in website development and maintenance.
A portfolio or examples of previously completed websites.
Strong attention to detail and a professional approach to project delivery.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team.
Excellent written communication and consistent responsiveness.
Ability to follow instructions, meet deadlines, and provide regular progress updates.
Willingness to sign a professional independent contractor agreement and comply with confidentiality and intellectual property requirements.
Project Details
Compensation: $18 CAD per hour Hours: Up to 16 hours per week during the initial development phase, subject to agreed priorities and authorization. Payment schedule: Biweekly via PayPal. Target completion: October 31, 2026. Launch support: Assistance with website readiness for the November 1, 2026 book launch, as agreed.
Following the initial build, the successful candidate may continue as our website developer on an as-needed basis, depending on project requirements and performance.
Communication and Accountability
We value professionalism, transparency, and reliability. The successful candidate must:
Respond to project communications within an agreed-upon timeframe.
Provide regular updates on completed work and outstanding tasks.
Communicate any challenges or delays promptly.
Keep project files, credentials, and documentation organized.
Obtain approval before making significant changes outside the agreed scope.
We want to build a team relationship founded on trust, accountability, and mutual respect.
