🚀 Starting Work on a Predictive Maintenance Project

I’ve started working on a Predictive Maintenance project focused on using machine data to predict potential failures before they occur.

So far, I’ve completed an important part of the pipeline:

🔹 Performed feature engineering on machine sensor and maintenance data 🔹 Combined multiple data sources based on machine ID and timestamps 🔹 Created meaningful features from errors, failures, maintenance events, and machine history 🔹 Handled missing values and data preprocessing 🔹 Built the final training-ready DataFrame for the machine learning model

The next step is to train and evaluate different ML models and identify the approach that can provide reliable early failure predictions.

This is another step toward building practical AI solutions that can help businesses reduce unexpected downtime, maintenance costs, and equipment failures.
