This piece demonstrates conflict resolution and prioritization in executive calendar management. Working from a week with overlapping meetings and a tight off-site schedule, I identified two direct double-bookings and a travel-time gap between off-site engagements, then reorganized the calendar to protect high-priority external commitments (client meetings, board prep) while trimming or shifting lower-priority internal calls. Each change is paired with a brief rationale, the kind of executive-ready summary a manager or founder could review in seconds and trust without needing to double-check the reasoning.
