What I Built

I built “Your Face as a Boss”, a Face ML Generator Lens that transforms the user's face into a powerful fantasy video-game boss character.

The Lens starts by asking “WHAT KIND OF BOSS ARE YOU?” and then reveals a randomly selected character such as a Fire King, Ice Queen, Shadow Lord, Cyber Boss, Forest Guardian, or Demon King. Each transformation changes the user's facial features and appearance while keeping their identity, expressions, and movements recognizable.

After the transformation, the Lens reveals the result with a dramatic title such as “YOU ARE: THE SHADOW LORD”, followed by a “TRY AGAIN” interaction.

Why I Built It

I wanted to turn a simple face transformation into a game-like experience rather than just another cosmetic filter.

The random character reveal creates curiosity and replayability because users will want to try again to discover a different boss. It also gives them a fun result they can immediately share with friends and compare.

The concept combines Face ML transformation + surprise + personality + gamification, while keeping the interaction simple enough to understand instantly.

The goal was to make users feel like their own face has been turned into a character from a fantasy video game — something visually impressive, interactive, and highly shareable.
