We started with a Framer template. It grew into a connected real estate product.
Zettla was initially planned as a modern property website.
But the project raised a bigger question:
What should happen after someone finds a property they like?
Real estate decisions happen across multiple visits. People compare options, save properties, share them with others, wait for price changes, consider financing and usually speak with someone before moving forward.
Zettla was shaped around that journey.
The platform now includes:
- Advanced property filters that help buyers reach relevant listings faster. - User accounts and bookmarks that preserve their shortlist between visits. - Price and availability alerts that bring potential buyers back when something relevant changes. - Online and onsite bookings that turn interest into a viewing or consultation. - Payment plan requests that give the sales team the selected property, floor plan and financing context before they follow up. - Local service providers that support customers after finding a property and create another reason to return. - Automated emails and analytics that keep each flow moving and show where interest turns into action.
Framer powers the public website, property pages, CMS content and customer-facing product experience.
Supabase manages authentication, profiles, bookmarks and the structured data behind every property.
n8n connects the workflows, Cal.com handles scheduling and Resend manages transactional emails.
Put simply:
Framer handles what the customer sees. Supabase remembers what the business needs to know.
For founders, this same approach can support:
- Marketplaces and directories - Client and member portals - Platforms with accounts and saved content - Booking and service products - Partner and provider networks - Content-led MVPs with real functionality
Not every idea needs a large custom application from day one.
Sometimes the right approach is a fast, flexible product layer in Framer, connected to a backend that handles identity, data and business operations.
If you are planning something that has outgrown a standard website but does not yet need a large custom platform, let’s talk.
