I've built two automation systems for doctors and clinics. Not every clinic needs one first.
The question is where patients drop off. Before they book, or after?
If they leave before booking, the problem is the booking page. Too many steps, unclear services, no available times on mobile.
If they book and then no-show, skip the forms or never come back, that's a workflow problem. A nicer page won't touch it.
Open last month's appointments. If the gap is in new bookings, fix the page. If it's in everything after the booking, automate.
This screen is from Tnua, a practice UX/UI project with a fictional physio clinic, so the patient data here is mock.
Do you usually find the drop-off before the booking, or after?

This is a thoughtful user experience. The attention to user flow and interface details is impressive.
