Built a local-first Sitemap Builder for the contest.

Instead of treating AI like a chatbot that outputs loose ideas, I made it work on a real sitemap structure: it can edit selected nodes, generate variations, ask follow-up questions, use knowledge files as context, and update the canvas directly.
