Fun product design insight I keep running into lately:
Great products aren’t just “pretty” they make decisions easier.
Things like:
• Clear primary actions
• Fewer choices per screen
• Obvious next steps
• Small feedback moments that reassure users they’re doing the right thing
When those are done well, conversion, retention, and trust usually improve without adding more features.
This is something I focus on a lot when designing websites and digital products, clarity first, visuals second.
