I've been thinking what I could share this Sunday night and decided to share an app icon for a project I worked on quite some time ago.
The idea was this concept of a messaging app where you get a limited number of active chat rooms, and when a user wants to switch to a new chat room they archive an old chat room and get matched to a new active chat room with new people in it.
Something like that was the idea.
The app was called "Nezt". And so I designed around the concept of "next", "chat/messaging," and "nest."
We explored various ideas, the 2 prominent ones being "trains" (going from train to train), and this one, "nests" (each "nest" is a different chat room).
It's a little tiny thingy, but I really liked this icon. The app flopped but this was cool.
