Conducted a stakeholder mapping and social network analysis project to identify the relationships, influence, and collaboration dynamics among local government institutions, community groups, private sector actors, and village stakeholders in Muara Medak Village.
This project aimed to support sustainable development planning, community engagement strategies, and environmental-social governance (ESG) initiatives by analyzing how different actors interact within the village ecosystem.
