Modern Apartment 3D Floor Plan Project Goal: To create a photorealistic 3D floor plan visualization for a 60m² modern apartment, focusing on clear layout communication and showcasing high-quality interior design with biophilic elements.
My Role: As the architect and 3D visualizer, I remastered an existing model, curated high-quality furniture assets, and utilized Twinmotion to achieve realistic lighting and materials. The goal was to create an inviting and informative visual for potential buyers or homeowners planning a renovation.
Outcome: A detailed and aesthetically pleasing 3D floor plan that clearly presents the apartment's potential, flow, and design style.
