We don't implement AI. We rebuild your business around it.
Bolting AI onto an old machine doesn't make it fly — it just brakes at the edge a little smarter.
At RA-Factory we take it turnkey, from the first idea to a working result: films and videos, automation, AI agents that run your processes, products built from scratch.
DIGGSPACE — SaaS Product Storytelling & AI Video Concept
Turning a complex digital workspace into a clear, engaging product story — from creative concept and product exploration to voiceover, screen capture and final video production.
How do you explain a digital product without turning the video into a feature list?
For this creative challenge, I explored Diggspace as a real user first — navigating the platform, understanding its workflow and identifying the core problem behind the product.
The central idea became simple: turn chaos into clarity.
Instead of presenting Diggspace as another collection of features, I built the video around the experience of having information, tasks and workflows scattered across different places — and positioned the product as the space where that complexity becomes organized and understandable.
I developed the creative concept and narrative, recorded the product workflow, created the voiceover, selected and structured the visual material, and assembled the final product story.
AI-assisted tools were used as part of the production workflow, while the product itself remained the focus. I deliberately avoided AI-generated interfaces or visuals that could misrepresent how the software actually works.

The result
A concise SaaS product video designed to make an unfamiliar platform understandable quickly — not by explaining every feature, but by connecting the product to a recognizable user problem.
This project was created as a challenge submission / independent concept, not as commissioned client work.
After working together on this SaaS explainer, my client told me they’re looking to build a long-term collaboration and keep bringing more projects from their SaaS clients.
They already have another project coming up next.
