I created a self-practice project to demonstrate my Excel data organization and data processing skills.
πΉ Worked with a 5,000-row sales dataset
πΉ Organized raw sales information
πΉ Created a monthly sales summary
πΉ Structured data by Sales Representative
πΉ Improved the spreadsheet for easier reading and analysis
Tools: Microsoft Excel
Skills: Excel | Data Entry | Data Organization | Sales Data Processing
This is a self-created practice project and not client work.

Thinking about moving from Excel or Google Sheets to a CRM? Donβt migrate the problems with the data.
Before choosing or configuring a CRM, I usually check five things:
β’ Does every active lead have a clear owner?
β’ Is there always a defined next action?
β’ Are follow-up dates consistently tracked?
β’ Are lead statuses clear and used consistently?
β’ Could another team member understand the spreadsheet without asking for help?
If several answers are βnoβ, the problem may not be the CRM yet β it may be the workflow behind it.
A CRM works much better when the sales process is clear before migration starts. I created a free CRM Readiness Self-Check for small teams that want to identify these gaps before investing more time or money in a CRM.
If youβre currently working from spreadsheets and considering a CRM, comment βCHECKβ or send me a message and Iβll send it to you.
