Lumen Clinic OS: the AI front desk for independent med spas
Dana is a nurse practitioner who runs a small med spa in Austin with one injector and one part-time receptionist. When she's with a patient, nobody answers the phone. Calls go to voicemail, Instagram DMs sit unread overnight, and patients who were due for their next Botox appointment quietly book somewhere else.
She's not alone. Most US med spas are single-location businesses with a small team, and their average visit is worth over $500. Every missed call or forgotten rebooking is real money, but owners don't have time to chase it.
What I built
An AI-run Agentic operating system for med spas. The agents do the front-desk work, and the owner sees the revenue they recover.
AI receptionist: answers calls, texts, and DMs 24/7, handles pricing and prep questions, and books into the live calendar with a deposit.
Rebooking agent: knows each treatment's cycle and reaches out when a patient is due.
Waitlist agent: fills last-minute cancellations automatically.
Review agent: asks happy patients for reviews and drafts replies for the owner to approve.
Promotion agent: the owner types "push lip filler this month," and the agent builds the offer, updates the site, and sends the campaign.
Branded website: a med spa site with treatment pages and booking on every page, so it looks agency-built.
Revenue recovered dashboard: one number showing what the agents won back this month.
The result
In Dana's demo account, the dashboard shows after-hours bookings, filled cancellations, and overdue patients rebooked, all adding up to money she would have lost.
How I built it
Built in Lovable with Supabase for auth and data. I'm a UI/UX designer, so I designed the brand and layouts myself, then built each agent workflow through a structured prompt sequence. This is the first step toward a full practice platform for med spas, with clinical charting and consent workflows next.
