Sales & Purchase Management System
A complete Excel/Google Sheets-based system designed to manage and monitor day-to-day sales and purchase activities in one organized workbook.
The system records sales and purchase transactions, separates cash and credit transactions, tracks customer receipts and supplier payments, and automatically calculates GST, total amounts, due dates, outstanding balances, and payment status.
It also includes a management dashboard with key financial summaries and visual reports, including sales vs. purchases, accounts receivable aging, credit sales payment status, and sales by payment method.
This project demonstrates my ability to build organized, automated spreadsheet systems for accounting, bookkeeping, financial tracking, and business reporting.

This project demonstrates the use of formulas, automated calculations, dropdowns, data management, and dashboard reporting to turn raw inventory data into an easy-to-manage business system.
