I’ve been working on Centroidbuild, a comprehensive platform designed to centralize the workflow for architects, engineers, and vendors. This isn't just a management tool; it’s a high-performance engine for the construction industry.

🔹 High-Precision MEP Calculation Suite:
Developed an industry-verified suite of 20+ MEP calculators using Node.js. From hydraulic head loss and water tank capacity to complex electrical load calculations, I engineered the backend to deliver instant, accurate results that engineers can trust for real-world site specifications.
🔹 Advanced Multi-Role Management (RBAC):
Architected a complex Role-Based Access Control system to serve two distinct user bases.
🔹 Full-Stack SaaS Architecture:
Built on a scalable Node.js foundation, I implemented a complete Subscription & Monetization logic. This includes tiered access for premium features and seamless Google AdSense integration for non-intrusive, industry-relevant ad placements.
🔹 Smart Procurement & Price Discovery:
Engineered a "Comparison Matrix" that allows users to analyze vendor pricing, delivery timelines, and logistics side-by-side, transforming raw engineering data into actionable procurement decisions.
