Back when I worked at Relax Gaming I worked on developing a tool for creating animation curves for animations. I spend quite a bit of time on it to be honest. Trying to learn all about Bezier curves and what not. Fast forward until this evening I thought back on that project and you guessed it. Claude did it in a couple prompts. It creates a bit of a strange feeling. Thinking on just how hard it was to learn to code. But at the same time I think software development is changing and in many ways It's more fun than ever. It's becoming more about the goal and what you are doing and less about the syntax. Has it become too easy? Or is the hard part just a new frontier?
