Recently built an MCP integration for a client’s internal admin portal, and honestly, this is where AI workflows start becoming truly powerful. 🚀
We connected their entire operational system with Cowork so the team can now handle day-to-day operations simply by asking AI.
Some of the workflows include:
• Reading and sending emails
• Creating and assigning tasks
• Contract generation
• Payment status tracking
• Payment approvals
• Internal operational workflows
• Team management actions
Instead of navigating through multiple dashboards and manual processes, the team can now execute actions conversationally through AI.
This is much bigger than “chatbots.”
We’re moving toward AI-powered operational systems where natural language becomes the interface for business operations.
The exciting part is that MCPs are making it possible to securely connect AI with real business infrastructure and workflows at scale.
The future of admin panels and SaaS platforms will not just be dashboards — they’ll be AI operators.

Really excited to share FigmaCrews — a multi-agent AI studio I built for the #ConfigMakeathon (@figma x @contra 💙)
FigmaCrews is basically my proposal to Figma — what if Figma had a built-in AI team?
Right now, designers leave Figma constantly. Research, strategy, content, planning — all happening in different tools, then coming back to design. That's a broken workflow.
So I built a working prototype to show what it could look like.
You get 6 AI agents inside Figma: Manager, Researcher, Digital Marketer, Designer, Figma Designer, and a QnA agent. Give one command to the Manager, and watch the team get to work — in real time, without leaving Figma.
The idea is simple: Figma is already where design lives. In the AI era, it could be where the entire creative workflow lives.
