Booking a site visit shouldn't take ten DMs and three days.

Studio Mira, a fictional solo interior designer in Dubai Marina. She only does site visits Tuesday to Thursday, doesn't take projects under $10k, and most inquiries arrive as Instagram DMs late at night. The problem: every inquiry turns into days of back and forth about budget, area and availability, and one in three consultations end in a no-show.

I designed and built a booking system in @Lovable that turns "Can I book with you?" into a paid, confirmed site visit. The client describes their project in a chat, the AI builds a brief and qualifies it against Mira's own rules, then offers times that fit her schedule and travel between areas. Good fits book and pay a site visit fee instantly. Edge cases hold the card, and Mira approves with one tap from her email. For DMs already mid-conversation, she pastes the thread once and the client gets a personal booking link.

The follow-through runs itself: reminders with one-tap confirm, unconfirmed slots released and offered to the waitlist, self-service rescheduling when Mira blocks days off, a morning digest, and post-visit follow-ups.
