I've noticed something that keeps happening to small businesses that deserve better. The work is genuinely great, but the first thing a stranger sees online doesn't come close to showing it. Owen4Nails is a perfect example of this. It's a solo nail studio in Wuse 2, Abuja, and Owen has a flawless 5.0 star rating across 94 reviews. People keep saying the same thing in their reviews: the designs are unique, and Owen actually listens and collaborates instead of just copying a photo off Pinterest. That's a real reputation, built the hard way. But if you searched for Owen online, you'd basically find nothing. No real website, no place to browse past designs, no way to see pricing or book without sliding into the DMs and hoping for a reply.

I also built an AI assistant that runs on WhatsApp, so it can answer common questions and take bookings automatically, instead of Owen having to reply to every single message by hand while also trying to run a business.

This wasn't meant to be a prototype sitting somewhere unused. The whole point was to give a solo artist with a five star reputation the kind of digital presence you'd normally expect from a studio with a whole team behind it, and to make sure it's something that actually gets used and actually saves time.
