Scout - Intelligent Video Discovery & Search Engine
Scout is a video discovery application that allows users to find video content using natural language descriptions and precision filters (duration, publish date, content filters, and reach). It includes a "Find Similar" engine to chain searches, a persistent saved library, and a secure server-side architecture where API keys are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM).
Built with Next.js App Router, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and PostgreSQL.
