Texto: A shared WhatsApp inbox for teams
Many small teams still run WhatsApp from a single phone. Texto, one of our own products at my studio, turns it into a shared team inbox: every chat in one place, smart routing to the right teammate, and bulk broadcasts with live delivery counts.
I’ve spent 8+ years designing and building websites, apps and brands, and our studio is 5 years old. Just joined Contra, so say hi if you’re building something.

I sent the community feed through two eras: a Netscape portal with banner-ad challenges, a visitor counter for upgoats and a buddy list instead of DMs, and a Flash-era collective with a thumbnail wall, a contests ticker and tiny pixel type.
Kept: the three-zone layout, the Create button, the goat. Changed: soft cards became bevels and hairlines, Trending became Hot Topics, DMs became an AIM window.

Which site should I send back in time next?
This is insanely creative Révolté! Love the 1999 Netscape portal concept with the visitor counter and buddy list 😂 The Flash-era 2001 version is pure nostalgia. The website time machine idea is brilliant!
The yeah! website is a roster you can spin.
Artist cards float in a sphere, a floor index runs the nav, and a spray tagger sits in the corner waiting for you to leave a mark.

Another project wrapped up! ✨ And this one was a little different for us.
For the first time, we designed and built an entire Kajabi website in Dutch. And here's the thing – nobody on our team speaks Dutch. 😅
Was it a little intimidating at first? Absolutely.
But we had an incredibly patient client who provided all the content we needed, and we focused on what we do best: design, development, and creating a great user experience.
The result? A beautiful website, a fully set-up course platform, and a client who's 100% happy with the outcome.
A little reminder from this project: Don't be afraid to take on something you've never done before.
Trust your skills, trust your experience, and sometimes just say yes to the challenge. You might surprise yourself.
