A project from earlier this year I still like going back to: the Webflow build for
sedric.ai, done together with
Onward Agency.
Sedric builds AI compliance tools for financial services, and their team needed a site they could actually grow on their own. Not a set of fixed pages, but a system.
So we built the whole thing component first. Every section is a reusable component with props, so the marketing team can put together new landing pages by stacking blocks, swapping content and toggling options, without touching the structure or asking a developer.
Some of the more advanced parts:
Media slots where the editor picks image, Lottie or video for the same component, and the layout adapts to whatever they choose
Variants and visibility toggles so one component covers several layouts instead of duplicating it five times
CMS driven event pages, where each event can have its own HubSpot form just by pasting the form ID into the CMS
HubSpot forms restyled to match the brand
The real test of a build like this comes months after launch. When the client keeps shipping pages that still look on brand, the system did its job.
