Looking for Advice: How Can I Get My First Project on Contra?
Hi everyone! 👋
I joined Contra with the hope of finding exciting freelance opportunities and working with clients from around the world. However, since creating my account, I haven't been able to land my first project yet.
I'm a frontend developer with skills in React, Next.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS. I'm continuously working on improving my skills and building projects to showcase my abilities.
I'd love to hear from experienced freelancers and other developers here:
What helped you land your first client on Contra?
How important are portfolio projects and profile optimization?

I'm here to learn, connect, and grow as a freelancer. Any genuine advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
Looking forward to connecting with you all. 🤝
