Second Route — turn “I don’t have a truck” into a completed sale.
Client: Second Chance Finds, a fictional solo furniture reseller in Austin, Texas.
Problem solved: Turn Facebook Marketplace delivery inquiries into confirmed delivery appointments while reducing the owner’s work coordinating buyers, pickup details and crews.
The owner starts with a listing screenshot, reviews editable item facts and shares a listing-specific delivery link. The buyer supplies delivery details; the seller confirms pickup, measurements and timing. The supported desk workflow moves through quote acceptance, a qualified two-person crew hold, clearly simulated checkout and a saved booking confirmation. Item purchase stays between buyer and seller.
Before: scattered messages about addresses, stairs, availability and transport. After: one linked request with confirmations, status and next action.
Built in Lovable. This is a functional booking demo: synthetic prices and crews, no real charges or transport reservations. Other physical items enter quote review. Facebook links are optional references; there is no official Facebook integration or reliable link-only import.
