It’s been three days, and I still haven’t received my credits for the hackathons. Please do something about this. I can’t participate if I don’t have any credits.

Just wanted to check in, were you able to submit the credit request form yet? Once that's done, it typically takes 1–2 business days for the tech team to send your credits over.
If you've already filled it out and it's been longer than that, please let me know!

Hey @Kayla Li I still haven’t received the free credits for the CapCut Seedance 2.5 Challenge, even though it’s already been a day. Should I wait a few more days, or is there anything you can do to help us get the credits sooner? The deadline is getting closer, and we really need the credits to have enough time to create something good.
Hi @Kayla Li I’ve already joined the #CapCut Seedance 2.5 Challenge and submitted the form for the free credits, but I haven’t received the credits in my CapCut account yet.
Is there a waiting period for the credits to be added, or do I need to complete any additional steps?
Hey @Fajar Wahyu Pribadi, in looking at the credit submission page, it says credits will be added within 1-2 business days. Let us know if you don't see them after tomorrow. Happy creating!
