The topic: how investors actually read your deck, and why most founders are fighting their own slides.
The presentation itself? Built entirely through an AI pipeline I've been developing. Design tokens, layout grids, component library, all fed through Claude. One brief, finished deck.
28 slides. Research, psychology, before/after breakdowns, live examples. The whole thing was produced by the system I was teaching them to think about.
That's the part I'm most proud of. Not the talk (though that went well). The fact that the tool I used to deliver it IS the thing I build for clients.
