What if AI agents didn't look like AI? 🗂️
Dockett is a concept website for a startup whose AI agents handle back-office requests: refunds, invoices, plan changes.
Instead of glowing orbs and chatbot bubbles, the site uses a tactile 3D sorting machine.
Requests drop in as labelled cards, get read, get routed to the right tool tray, and risky ones stop at an approval gate for a person to check.
The best part: you pick a sample request and send it through the machine yourself.
