QueueFlow is a Bubble.io app designed to simplify appointment booking and real‑time queue management for service providers and customers.
For Customers: Easy booking, rescheduling, and live queue tracking with reminders.
For Providers: A dashboard to manage availability, block time, track appointments, and monitor queues.
Workflow Features: Appointment statuses (Scheduled, Checked‑in, In‑progress, Completed, Cancelled, No‑show, Rescheduled), analytics on bookings and wait times, and localization support (English/Bangla).
Impact: Reduces no‑shows, improves transparency, and streamlines operations for clinics, salons, and service centers.

Excited to share my submission for the #Bubble Free-For-All!
The project is Apero, a business concept focused on improving the restaurant dining experience. Instead of patrons getting bored or annoyed waiting for their food, Apero provides lightweight entertainment right at the table.
I’d been working on Apero prior to this, so I decided to see how far I could take the web build using Bubble to build it completely from scratch. The AI assistant was super helpful for quick iteration, but what really stood out was how seamlessly I could manage custom workflows, complex datasets, and distinct project pages.
Improvements are still underway, and testing with real restaurants will begin soon! However really happy with how it turned out so far and I'm excited to see all the other competition entries! 🙌

I built a 1-page SaaS application using Bubble that allows users to solve complex problems with a single click using AI. The application features a clean, professional user interface centered around a primary "Solve the Problem" button to deliver an effortless user experience. This live web app works directly alongside my short video presentation to demonstrate the layout and core concept. #bubblefreeforall
Pocketride is a ride-hailing app for riders and drivers - book a ride, get matched with a driver, get where you're going. We built it for mid-size Canadian cities like Sarnia, which are too small for the big platforms (Uber etc.) to prioritize but have plenty of real demand. It's currently live with real drivers and riders.
How we built it on Bubble: Server-side recursive dispatch workflows -moved all ride-matching logic off the client so it keeps running even when a driver's phone is minimized or backgrounded, fixing a major reliability gap from client-side timers.
Push notifications via the Devices field - needed for push to reliably reach drivers across app states.
Deep-linked navigation to Google Maps - native mobile doesn't support HTML elements, so we route drivers out to Maps for turn-by-turn instead of building nav in-app.
Twilio SMS as a redundant channel alongside push, so notifications land even when FCM delivery is inconsistent. And, also for phone OTPs while signing up.
Stripe for payments, with QuickBooks Contractor Payments integration in progress for direct driver payouts.
A single shared ride-claim action to prevent race conditions when multiple drivers get notified about the same ride at once.
The fun part of building this on Bubble was proving out a real-time, race-condition-sensitive, notification-heavy system, the kind you'd normally assume needs a custom backend, entirely on the platform.
