For this year’s Figma Makeathon, I’m building an interactive world radio experience that lets you explore the planet through sound.

This web app transforms the globe into a living audio map where you can:

- Explore by Location: Travel the world and tune into broadcasts based on geography. - Explore by Weather: Hear what cities sound like during rain, sun, wind, or snow. - Share Your Presence: Record a short moment in your own voice and place it on the map.

With Presence, users can record a 10-second audio, replay or re-record it, choose their city, and share it. Once submitted, their voice appears instantly on the globe as a dot in their selected city. Have you ever made music by painting with a shader? For #FigmaMakeathon I built The Listening Room, a browser-based gradient mesh to music generator where you create sound and leave it behind for others to discover.
